Elk Grove Goes Live with EnvisionWare Modular Sorter

PC Reservation® 4.1

EnvisionWare RFID

Today more than 200 libraries use EnvisionWare RFID systems.  EnvisionWare is the leading supplier of standards-based RFID systems.  We have never encoded with a proprietary data model but our system incorporates technology to read various vendor's proprietary tag models.  Australia has adopted an ISO standard and EnvisionWare is addressing the needs of libraries that want to encode with that new model.

The latest release of the core RFID component, RFIDLink™, supports all versions of our revolutionary Media Case Controller, the solution for managing media checkout and security in libraries.  Using ONE STEP, the EMC2™ systems can both checkout and unlock media cases, offering the most intuitive patron experience. Print materials may be placed on the pad while media items are simultaneously placed onto the EMC2.   OneStop™, Express Lane, and ExpressCheck™ will simultaneously check out the print items on the pad and check out and unlock the media items placed onto the EMC2 controller.  It's easy, fast, and secure.

Customer Center Updates | UPDATED 18 June

The EnvisionWare Customer Center IS the sole portal for support, project management and accounting services.  All of the remaining services such as product downloads are now available in the Customer Center. Single Sign On technology makes all of this possible.   LiveChat, Product downloads, and all remaining services are online here along with the new Center-hosted Knowledge Base.  A new link to download your license file is also available on the main menu of the customer center.  Documentation hs been relocated into the product download and documentation section so that all information will be easy to locate in one place.
